The Problem:
Sites Don’t Accurately Reflect the Impact Network

Poorly designed sites were not attracting new customers or reassuring current customers and further, could not be parsed by search engines, resulting in limited traffic. There was little to indicate, visually, the relationships of these sites to one another.

The Solution: Delivering Professionalism

We needed to increase the level of professionalism as reflected by the design of the sites and to establish a relationship between them.

To that end, we created the Impact Network, linking the current three sites together with a navigation banner across the top of every page on each site. The banner has room to add new sites as the company evolves and grows. We also created a consistent design throughout the three sites, color coded to indicate the user’s current location.

And, as we usually do, we’ve created an information architecture that helps users find what they’re looking for and fast!

Looking to the Future

It’s too soon to assess the difference in traffic to the old and new sites, but we’ll update this article as new information develops. But, we have excelled in customer satisfaction:
