Me
Born and raised in a small New Jersey town, I’ve lived all over New York since 1981; I’ve never wanted to live anywhere else for as long as I can remember.
The Arts
I was a painter of large conceptual art canvases and remain a life-long photographer (see my digital photography site, NextPhoto). I earned a BFA way back when, you know, when they still meant something.
Computer Technology
In 1988, I got my first computer and while it was a little scary at first, never looked back, happily joining the ranks of geekdom. Soon, I had computerized my small family business, created two copyrighted Access databases and taught all manner of beginning, intermediate and advanced computer courses at the college level before founding Tesla-PC/NYC in 2003.
I have also written extensively about technology and how it affects our daily lives as part of the NextTech Magazine site.
Developing web sites ranks very high on my personal Top Five List as one of my favorite things to do, ever.
Business Experience
Constantly working since I was a kid, I have years of experience in several industries including graphic and fine arts, agriculture, fashion, bookselling, journalism, retail, wholesale, transportation, education, the professional food services and the law for small, medium and mega-large corporations.
Add It All Up
With over 30 years experience in the fine and commercial art markets, nearly 40 years in business and over 15 years experience in all forms of computer technology, while I’m no kid (you may think that's a good thing) I bring a broad range of knowledge to every project.
